It is lined with latex free, medical grade adhesive. Make sure skin is free from oils and lotions before applying pasties
Peel off thin plastic and save for later storage
Apply pasties over nipples and firmly press against skin
To Clean: Wash backing with warm water and mild soap
Air dry fully and apply saved thin plastic film over sticky area
